Let's look at simple and effective ways to protect headphones from broken wires and generally extend their life in various ways. This can be done using available materials, spending 5-10 minutes.
It’s terrible when one earphone (or both) goes silent, and the only way to get the sound back is by pulling the wire. So, with unbearable sadness, I have to resolder (throw away) my favorite old headphones and buy new ones.
